Lioratherapy

I am Yuliia Halushko

Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO).

I’m here to offer a steady, supportive space where you can slow down, reconnect with yourself, and move forward with greater clarity and confidence.

My approach is integrative and relational. I work at the intersection of psychodynamic therapy, nervous-system science, and trauma-informed care. This means our work will explore not only your thoughts and behaviours, but also your emotional patterns, your body’s responses, and the relational dynamics that shape your experience.

My clinical work is grounded in depth-oriented psychotherapy, attachment theory, and group analysis, while also integrating elements of CBT, mindfulness, EMDR principles, and polyvagal-informed tools. This blend allows me to support clients through a wide range of emotional, cognitive, somatic, and relational challenges.

I support adults navigating anxiety, stress, depression, trauma, burnout, ADHD-related concerns, and significant life transitions. Together, we explore the patterns that keep you stuck and develop practical, embodied strategies to restore steadiness, agency, and internal safety.

My practice focuses on individual therapy for adults. I work within my defined scope of practice as outlined by the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO).

I provide therapy in English, Ukrainian, and Russian across Ontario through secure online platforms.

You don’t have to go through it alone. I’ll be honoured to walk alongside you — gently, with attunement, and at your pace.
